This is a Postgraduate Diploma consisting of two taught units and a dissertation:

| One unit in Internet Computing including web page design and implementation, internet programming, multimedia techniques and applications. |

| One unit in Data Mining and Exploration including scientific programming and a choice of application modules. |

Course Attendance

|
The course is taken part-time over one year. Lectures and coursework take place from 6.0 - 9.00pm typically two evenings a week during term time. Terms are of eleven weeks duration and start in the first week of October, the first week in January and late April. You should expect to spend the equivalent of another evening per week for your own study.
