Updated course and URL

I have, at last, updated my course material. It now includes many chime
displays and so you must have the chime plugin installed. It will still work
with rasmol but this must run as a separate application unlike chime which
runs in a window in your web page. The chime display can still be
manipulated with the mouse.

Could you all (especially PPS administrators) please note that the URL for
the index page has changed to
http://www.strath.ac.uk/Departments/BioSci/PPS/Transndx.htm however I have
set up a TEMPORARY page so that the original URL will redirect you to this
new page.
