I have found really excellent freeware molecular viewer from MSI.
Weblab ver 1.1
This is alot look like rasmol but more powerful and easy to use.
This viewer supports a number of popular CAMD file formats: Cerius2, Insight
II, Catalyst, Brookhaven PDB, Cambridge Crystallographic, MDL MOL, and Sybyl
MOL2.
Graphic quality is much superior to rasmol, you can get almost
publish-quality picture from this.
It supports windows3.1/win95 or NT/Mac OS ,but no UNIX yet.
