Chemical MIME

"MIME-types" refers to the variety of file (e.g. text, graphic, sound, PDB) which is read by your Web browser, and the actions associated with it. For example it is very useful to have yor browser (Netscape, etc) configured for chemical MIME, so that an appropriate package (such as Roger Sayle's Rasmol) is invoked when the browser reads a PDB or other structural file.
