This tool aims to provide a cenralised resource for all information regarding
Bacterial Superantigens.It operates on two levels:-

A profile page with summary information and links is provided for each known superantigen (currently 32).
These profiles can be accessed via the menu bar above, the
Keyword Search
or the sequence alignment imagemap.
- More detailed information can be found by searching the PostgresSQL database.

This site extensively uses the Chime Plug-in. If you don`t already have it you can easily download
it by following this link.(It`s only 2.0 Mb is very quick and easy to install!)
