We're going to use this simple yet instructive (we hope !) example, linked
to Biochemistry and databases. The form which you'll see, accepts one string
as input, namely a path and filename of a PDB file. The user
(=you) types this in and the system will pass it to a geometry calculation
program. This evaluates the data and passes the results (the proteins geometry)
back to you.
As a sample protein, you might use:
/public/pdb/data/pdb4rnt.pdb or
/public/pdb/data/pdb1crn.pdb
You may be able to cut and paste these rather than remembering them.
