Try It Out

We're going to use this simple yet instructive (we hope !) example, linked to Biochemistry and databases. The form which you'll see, accepts one string as input, namely a path and filename of a PDB file. The user (=you) types this in and the system will pass it to a geometry calculation program. This evaluates the data and passes the results (the proteins geometry) back to you.
As a sample protein, you might use:

/public/pdb/data/pdb4rnt.pdb or
/public/pdb/data/pdb1crn.pdb

You may be able to cut and paste these rather than remembering them.

Try it out by clicking here ! Remember that to get back to this page you'll have to use the back arrow on your menu bar... .
