With much help from Roman Laskowski of the Biomolecular Structure Modelling
Group at our sister institution, University College, we have mounted a
PROCHECK server resource. It's a bit slow and clunky, but we invite you to try
it. It's a good way to see the statistics of the stereochemistry of a
structure from the Protein Data Bank.
Links to the documentation are available from the page - point your browser at
http://www.cryst.bbk.ac.uk/PPS/procheck/test.html
We are interested to see what you think, and learn about your experiences,
but they are perhaps best shared by posting them to the discussion lists
vsns-pps-technical for technical problems and issues, and
vsns-pps-backbone for matters related to the protein science
Best Regards,
Alan Mills at Birkbeck, for vsns-pps,
