Actually the appendix to this text was that it would be better to
connect to a group room rather than the Centre.
Eric took care of this and also passed over control of the group room
so that a group member could take care of room development
including its exits etc.
This would be a good way to go for other groups.
Your quota does limit the amount you can create!
I've made some balloons for the party. Please feel free to take them
around ... and blow up some more .. at the cost of your quota-ed
breath.
