The bio people did it in a rush and we can tell you what *not* to do!
What is essential is to have a dictionary of terms that can be used in
the form and database. (You often don't think of these at the time).
Also we asked questions like "why do you want to do the course?" Large
replies can spam the database system and add little. It would have been
much better to have asked for a list of interest as keywords.
