Colleagues,

Is there availible a FAQ regarding how one first finds the swiss-prot database,
and then down-loads the requisit information? I believe our instructions were to
identify a protein of personal interest, and then down load is sequence info
from swiss-prot. I have identified the protein I wish to explore: Ubiqitin (any
one else out there interested?) I find it interesting for a variety of reasons,
namely because it keeps popping up in our attempts to purify insulin from rat
wound fluid.

Thanks
