Dave,

Thanks for you attention to the matter. I don't think it was (or is)
just "my" problem ;-) (as in our Americanism, "You got a problem with
that?") Perhaps I didn't make it clear what I was trying to address.

I (and presumably 300 other people) got about 4 mail messages
yesterday that went out to pps-all and shouldn't have. They also had
their reply-to fields set to pps-all. I was hoping to control the
impact of such mistakes on everyone. 4 isn't bad, but I can see how it
might easily snowball.

I thought about Cornelius' response concerning the discussions dying
and I see his point. I would argue that the changes should be made to
pps-all (since nobody should ever reply there) but maybe the others
should remain unchanged unless the problem becomes serious.
