Ethan (ethan+@pitt.edu) suggested that the Reply-To: field should be set
to the original sender, not the list.

I tend to disagree. I have some experience with other mailing
lists where the Reply-To: field points to the original sender;
this only leads to communication dying down since almost everything
is taken to private email. I prefer some traffic on the list, even
when there appear some missent mails.
