Macromodel instead of RasMol on SGI

I work on an SGI indy workstation. I have
been unable to instal RasMol thus far because
I have no C compiler available as required.
I do already have Macromodel installed
and operational. Will Macromodel get me through
the course, and or does anyone know of a
RasMol which will not require a C compiler
for installation.

Sorry if my grasp of the technology seems
weak.
