Gail,
This course is a democratically run experiment :-) and please do
whatever you feel will work best for you. Some people like to develop
everything 'in private' and only post it when they feel it's up to a
standard that they feel happy with, whilst others need the feedback to
keep them going or to point out where they need to change direction.
Personally I do the second! Alan - if I can speak on his behalf -) - is
much more concerned to get the material right before release. You can
see both styles in the course material!

Anyway you have lots of moral support from me!
