I think that this is certainly within the remit of the course and
we would welcome your contribution, particularly if it has a graphical
component. If it very important to remember that proteins are not inert,
but have function, reactivity and flexibility.
If what you produce is valuable outside this course, then I am
sure that people will access it :-)
