Adding and editing entries

After two horrendous self-inflicted bugs, I have produced a script which
I think actually works and allows you to edit glossary files in a natural
fashion. Please try it out (use 'practice' first! The system offers you
the *existing* entry and allows you to edit it naturally (with the cursor).
Comments and experience very welcome!

BTW - does anyone know if TYPE="hidden" is now more or less standard on
browsers??
