In principle now , anyone can edit an entry. Not *all* fields
are editable but most are. So that if you make a mistake you can correct it.
This should mean that the curator never has to edit the *.glo file. I
suggest that we edit some of the most advanced entries and then put them
in a readonly version for a while.
