I've been trying to use the PLOTA package for protein sequence
analysis on a Mac. I downloaded it more than a year ago, but am only
delving into it now. There seem to be several glitches in it and I would
like to download it again to rule out any anomalous ftp problems. Trouble
is, I can't find it anymore! I can find references to it, but thats all.
I e-mailed Peter Markiewicz at an old address (JMILLER%VXBIO@SPAN.STAR.EDU)
which was promptly returned. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
While your at it...does anyone know of any similar applications available
by anon. ftp or very low cost. I cannot afford the LaserGene/DNA* type
applications.
