This is a WONDERFUL idea! Thanks very much indeed for offering. Could I
suggest that beforehand as many people as possible contribute references
to atomic coordinates and diagrams. For example it would be possible for
people to have downloadeda PDB file into RasMol and be able to display
whilst the discussion was taking place! Additionally , if anyone have
made any gifs, we could mount them at BBK or other public place.
Although I was very familiar with HIV-RT a year or two ago I haven't
followed recent developments as much as I would have hoped and I haven't
read the PNAS paper. (Is it structural? Are coordinates available -
probably not yet.)
