Listproc fully functional (i hope :-)

Hi Folks,
I've recently put a fix in place that seems to have solved all the
listproc problems I was having. The listproc system should now be fully
functional with all features (except the interactive login), so for eg if
you want to know all the recipients of a list then send a message to
listproc with the message :- recipients <list> in the body.
Many thanks for your patience, please feel free to test the listproc out.

(ps some how in the course of solving the listproc problems the
.subscribers files for each list got trashed, I've managed to repair them
as well as I can, but some names may be not as they were subscribed. If
this is this case and is a problem, then either unsubscribe + resubscribe
or email me and I'll fix it)
