For those working on the Protein Interactions chapter, I have posted an
article that describes in detail the mechanics of using the global
nonlinear regression method described by G. Ackers group in studies of
oxygen binding to hemaglobin and then lambda repressor binding to DNA.
The article can be accessed at URL http://www.bmb.psu.edu. This is
pretty technical, and I post it to help those who might be needing to
anlayze such data. I plan on referring to this method description when I
publish some of my labs data soon, and thus plan on leaving it posted
for the forseeable future. Note that I want to thank Don Senear for
helping me to understand this method in the first place.
