Sheet: Phi -60 -> -150, Psi +90 -> +180

Alpha helix (R handed): Phi -60 -> -150, Psi -45 -> -60

This is very approximate - practice looking at a few Ramachandran
plots. Or generate one for the protein you're interested in.
