Hello, all,

I did enjoy following this 1st protein-discussion on the course. Ther is,
however, one addition I would like to make to the definition. I think not
only disulfide bridges, but also other post-translational modification, i.e.
acylations, glycosylations, methylations should be included in the primary
structure. A protein is more than the decoded base sequence of its gene ;-).
