latex2html
There is an excellent latex2html package
from Nikos Drakos in the Computer Based Learning group in
Leeds and I have used it to prepare excellent standalone
documents. It has the advantage that the whole module can
also be transformed into a structured printable document
with embedded diagrams, etc.
