IMMUNOGLOBULINS and ANTIBODIES

Andrew Henry at Bath University, UK has offered to produce material for this section, but it has many facets, and further contributions are welcomed.

CYTOKINES and their RECEPTORS

Simon Brocklehurst has already started to develop a section on these fascinating and important topics.

LECTINS

Sugar binding proteins are involved in a variety of functions in plants, animals and bacteria. Chris Thorpe has undertaken to cover C-type animal lectins, N.Srinivasan to do S-type animal lectins, and Rex Palmer's group to cover plant lectins, all from Birkbeck. Glenn Proctor at York University will also be contributing.

GROWTH FACTORS

Judith Murray-Rust intends to pull together NGF, PDGF, TGF-B, IGF-1, and even something about the insulin story.

Multi-Enzyme Complexes

Simon Brocklehurst has started this one off, but he will be joined soon.
