Acceptance of Entries

As Stefan says, we've come to the stage where we need to start moving
entries into the 'accepted' class. Remember that, *at this stage*, the
entries are there to help course members, not to form our own
hypermultipedia (that comes later :-). So, where possible, entries should:
- be brief
- contain links (URLs) wherever possible
- be factually correct
- use consistent spelling (organize? center? tryptophan?)
- contain only SMALL gifs (some people have to pay)
- be crossreferenced against other glossary items
- warn of possible namespace clashes (domain, nucleus, etc.)
- point *back* to high quality permanent course resources
- acknowledge all contributors, even if their words are not used
finally.

I think it's very important that the course as a whole comments on the
entries. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO SAY THAT AN ENTRY IS INCORRECT, BUT SAY IT
POLITELY! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DOING THIS IN PUBLIC, PLEASE MAIL
THE CURATORS WHO WILL TREAT THIS WITH THE SAME CONFIDENTIALITY AS AN
ANONYMOUS PEER-REVIEWER. Thus:
"A course member has suggested that plugh and xyzzy cannot be
used interchangeably"
This could be further discussed and, if no consensus was arrived
at, the dissenting views could be recorded in an appended URL.

Please try to fill out the remaining entries in proteinstruct. If you
don't they will be removed - empty entries aren't much use. The entries
are taken verbatim from AlanM's backbone, so they are worth filling in.

At this stage I suggest we stick with one main dictionary, but
also PLEASE put some interesting things in the PPS-COURSE glossary. Don't
worry if you get it wrong...
