address books

I have only recently started communicating with e.mail using Eudora 1.5.1
on a Apple Macintosh PowerMac. The programme does not appear to have an
integrated address book. Is there a way of managing addresses within Eudora
(apart from putting everything on the "recipient list"), or is there an
alternative programme with address book, automatic addition to address book
etc.
