I can't be too much help I'm afraid. The only program I have had experience
with is Biosym's Insight and associated modules, which is quite useful in
the right hands. I found I needed and interpreter to help me talk to the
program, and I quickly lost the ability to communicate with it if I wasn't
using it for any period of time. Nevertheless, it can do what you want
(remembering that the results are only calculations, and indications of the
possible effects).
