I have checked the PPS project title page and since all the titles tend to
be short apart fom mine, I would suggest the following title:
Using secondary structure prediction for comparing homologous proteins.
I have not yet contacted an project advisor, but will do it as soon as possible.
There is another problem: in October I will have to defend my Ph.D thesis
(which in Germany amounts to an not-so-easy exam and needs some
prepapration) and will spend two weeks in the US looking for a postdoc
position. For this reason it may be difficult to meet the deadline. Is
there any chance for an extension up to one or two weeks or is your policy
to keep the deadline the same for all?
