I am having a problem with one of the email lists and wonder if you could help?

I have twice tried to send a message to:pps96-technical@mail.bbk.ac.uk

and after 5 days it has bounced with the following error:

Message could not be delivered for 5 days
Message will be deleted from queue

Any ideas?
