If you want oligomer structures, try:

ftp://pdb.pdb.bnl.gov/user_group/biological_units/

or:

ftp://pdb.weizmann.ac.il/user_group/biological_units/

This has PDB files which "CONTAINS COORDINATES FOR A COMPLETE MULTIMER
REPRESENTING THE KNOWN BIOLOGICALLY SIGNIFICANT OLIGOMERIZATION STATE OF THE
MOLECULE." (Normal PDB files are only of the asymmetric unit - usually
monomer).
