Why don't you use the SRS (Sequence retrieval system) ? I just ran
a trial search with the keywords "oligomer or dimer or tetramer or hexamer"
in the combination Swissprot + Swissnew + PIR + OWL and got 3382 hits.
One URL for SRS is http://www.infobiogen.fr/srs/srsc, you'll
probably find there a site closer to you.

Hope this helps

Best regards,

Pierre
