Assignments Index
This week we reveal the latest section of course material, which introduces
the subject of Bioinformatics, providing a practical WWW tutorial to sequence
and structure analysis.
We are revealing this material for those of you who are ready for
this section. Don't worry if you are still studying the previous Section
(on Protein Synthesis), in which case continue with this material
(Section 4)
Section 5 - Introduction to Bioinformatics
For the moment, study the material on sequence
analysis; do not concern yourself with the material on structural databases,
to which we will be returning later in the course.
Forthcoming BioMOO meetings
We intend to hold cross-group BioMOO meetings in the near future on the
following subjects, in response to requests from a number of students:

'Your' Protein Structure
All students were mailed with details of their assigned PDB file on 13th
February. If you have not received this mail, please mail
pps2@mail.cryst.bbk.ac.uk.
Further Information and exercises- designed to
be carried out in parallel with the course material, during the next few weeks.
